The Trans Support Group is intended to provide an emotionally and physically safe space for trans* people and those who may be questioning their gender identity/expression to join together in the community and learn from one another. We welcome all who identify under the trans* umbrella or are unsure and seek to continually reinforce our principles of respect, acceptance, and protection through ongoing input from our attendees.
We wish to stress the importance of a safe space where collectively, folks that identify along the trans spectrum or are questioning may share stories and experiences. We appreciate the ongoing support of allies, but ask that due to the vulnerable and sensitive nature of Trans support group, and out of respect for its attendees, allies may reach out to more appropriate channels better suited toward ally support.
We have two Trans Discussion Group meetings each month on the second Tuesday and fourth Friday of the month starting at 7 pm.
“Our Trans support group is a strong vibrant community, and we want to make sure everyone is comfortable before they join us for the first time.

Group Facilitators would like the chance to briefly talk to you before your first meeting to orient you to the space and group norms.
