This is a lead-up event to OutWrite 2021, which will be held August 6-8, 2021.
A panel featuring the publishers of local LGBTQ+ magazines, including Washington Blade Newspaper, SWERV Magazine, Tagg Magazine, and Metro Weekly Magazine, moderated by Jen Deerinwater, a citizen of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, bisexual, Two Spirit, multiply-disabled journalist. Publishers will discuss the history of building queer publications and the content they are looking to publish.
